1. Set the realistic goals

Many people making New Year resolutions but most of time they don't fulfil them. Make this year a different. Write down your realistic goals and be committed to achieving them. List your specific goals and stick on your fridge where you can see them everyday.

10. Make everyday an amazing day

Make a commitment to yourself each morning that you will have an amazing day. This includes trying some of those tips like reading your attitude to do list everyday, focusing on your health and fitness, eliminating time robbers or finding more very inspiring mentor to help you success in life.

Always to remember life is not a dress rehearsal, you only get one performance so give it your best this year and many years ahead to achieve what you needs and wants by taking initiative to build the foundation for a better life today !
